IL KUJA RACING NON VA IN AMERICA
Il Kuja Racing comunica ufficialmente a sponsor, appassionati e a tutti coloro che ci seguono, che non prenderà parte alla terza delle 3 trasferte extraeuropee del Campionato Mondiale Supersport in programma per questo lunedì al Miller Motorsport Park di Salt Lake City.
Decisione questa molto sofferta e dovuta a cause esterne, principalmente problemi di tipo logistico e organizzativo, che avrebbero messo a rischio l’arrivo negli Stati Uniti del materiale necessario alla perfetta preparazione dei motocicli, che hanno sofferto consistenti danni a livello tecnico durante l’ultima gara di Kyalami.
Per la spedizione del nuovo materiale approntato per questa trasferta,
inizialmente messa in programma del Team, non è stato infatti garantito
l’arrivo in tempo utile.
M.Cucchiarini – Team Manager: “è un vero peccato, avevamo preparato tutto il materiale necessario appena tornati dal Sudafrica; come già detto non ci è stata garantita la consegna in tempo utile per la gara e non ce la siamo sentita di prendere il rischio di arrivare fino in America per poi non poter effettuare la gara.
Non tutti i mali, però, vengono per nuocere: sfrutteremo al meglio queste settimane di stop per prepararci per il prossimo appuntamento del Mondiale, a Misano”.
Mauro Goffi, Direttore Sportivo, condivide questa dichiarazione, dicendosi molto dispiaciuto per questa assenza.
Calendario fitto di impegni a giugno per il Team che ripartirà dal Mugello il 19 e 20 giugno con un doppio appuntamento del Campionato Italiano Velocità, che prevede due gare della Stock1000, sabato e domenica.
La settimana seguente, il 27/06, come già anticipato, sarà la volta del Mondiale per l’ottava tappa all’Autodromo SantaMonica di Misano , che ospiterà poi il CIV il 4 luglio, una settimana dopo.

KUJA RACING TEAM TO STAY AT HOME THIS WEEKEND
The Kuja Racing Team would like to let all sponsors and fans know that it is not going to participate in the third and last extra European
round of the World Supersport Championship scheduled on this Monday at Salt Lake City’s Miller Motorsport Park.
This is a difficult decision due to logistic and organizing problems
concerning the fact that the equipment prepared after Kyalami needed
for the perfect groundwork of the race wouldn’ t have arrived in the
United States in time.
M. Cucchiarini – Team Manager: “ It’ s a real pity. We had pr epared a
case with some additional equipment as soon as we came back from
Kyalami, of which the arrival had not been guaranteed. We could not
risk to go to the United States without all the goods we needed.
But every cloud has a silver lining: we will take advantage of these two
weeks of rest to get ready for the next round in Misano”.
Mauro Goffi, Cucchiarini’s business partner, agrees in taking this
decision.
Very busy agenda in June for the Team which will restart from Mugello
in June 19 and 20 with a double appearance in the Italian Championship
with two Stock 1000 races scheduled on Saturday and Sunday. The
following week there will be the eighth round of the WSS 600 at the
Autodromo Santa Monica in Misano which will also host the Italian
Championship, on July 4.

Si cominciano a scaldare i motori nel box Kuja Racing in vista della 6’ gara
del mondiale SS600.
Alle ore 09.50 il Warm Up seguito dalla gara, come solito, all’ 1.30,
trasmessa in diretta da Eurosport e Dahlia Sport2.
Andrea Boscoscuro e Danilo Dell’Omo partiranno dalla 5’ fila, in 17’ e 19’
posizione rispettivamente.
Dei due solo Dell’Omo è riuscito, nelle qualifiche di ieri, ad abbassare il
tempo rispetto alla mattina registrando un 1’44.9, mentre il suo
compagno di squadra risulta qualificatosi con il 1’44.1 delle libere.
Da aggiungere, inoltre, che dei due alfieri del Kuja Racing solo Danilo ha
già gareggiato in questo circuito; prima volta in assoluto invece per Andrea
che, dopo aver preso confidenza nei giorni scorsi con il tracciato, si dice
pronto a ripetere e migliorare il risultato ottenuto la scorsa settimana a
Monza dove andò a punti al suo debutto con la nuova moto.
Il Kuja Racing vi rimanda quindi a questa sera per i risultati post-gara.

Everything is set in the Kuja Racing pit for the 6th round of the World 600SS Championship.
Warm Up at 09.50 followed by the race at 1.30 pm as usual.
Andrea Boscoscuro and his teammate Danilo Dell’Omo will start from the 5th row, in 17th and 19th place respectively.
Of our two riders only Dell’Omo managed yesterday to set a better time than he did in the morning practice: a 1’44.9 for him, a 1’44.1 for Boscoscuro who qualified with the free practice time.
Important to remember is that only Danilo has ridden in this circuit before; first time ever for Andrea who has been settling in with the track these days and now aims at repeating the result he achieved in Monza last week, getting to point at his first time on the new bike.
Other news race results in a few hours then, after the race at 1.30 pm.
